However, delving deep into his personal experiences and studying many of the world's teachers has led him on an adventure to 'seek his own self, liberate it from the labyrinths of tradition and organized religions. In his new book From Islam to Secular Humanism, made available to The Weekly Voice, Dr. Sohail discusses at length the "philosophy of. an individual who grew up under the influence of religious rhetoric and a patriarchal society like Muslim South Asia. 'Sohail' as he like to be called has written many books in English and other languages.
