Dear Khalid,

Thanks for the reassuring letter. Of course I enjoy our conversations very much as they force me to think in directions I otherwise wouldn't have.  I also have much admiration for your poetic sensibility which I think is of a very high quality.
 

Shahid is going to be accompanying me to the seminar,  as he likes to drive me around hmself. Not that i can't drive myself.  I don't know if dinner is such a good idea on Sunday but we can plan to meet another time, perhaps even before that.  Thank you so much for the invite.
